Position Overview:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual needs.
Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to enhance recovery and mobility.
Provide therapeutic exercises and evidence-based interventions in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, self-management, and wellness techniques.
Collaborate closely with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment adjustments.
Embrace a leadership role within the therapy team, supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.

Position Qualifications:

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Allied Health Professions
Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Wyoming
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Successful completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination
