Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, interpret data, and respond to changes in condition with critical thinking and clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff, and coordinate care across disciplines.
- Participate in discharge planning, provide education to patients and families, and support safe, healing, and humane care.
- Document care accurately, evaluate patient progress toward outcomes, and adjust plans as needed.
- Delegate appropriately and ensure continuity of care through effective communication with the treatment team.

Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice; BLS required; ACLS and PALS required (AH or ARC equivalents acceptable).
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the field; acute care/ER experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Additional: Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) and maintain 36 hours per week; capable of working in a hospital setting.
- General: Must be eligible for temporary travel assignment and meet standard healthcare employment requirements.
