Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Salem, OR | Agency: AMN Healthcare | Pay: $2,630 to $2,792 per week | Shift: Days – 5 days × 8 hours | Contract Duration: 13 Weeks | Start Date: ASAP About the Position A travel RN will provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, supporting recovery and independence. The role includes care for post‑surgical, chronic, and rehabilitative patients, utilizing a multidisciplinary team of nurses, aides, therapists, and social workers. Responsibilities also involve home‑health management for conditions such as diabetes, COPD, fall prevention, and therapy services. Job Description & Requirements Registered Nurse – Home Health – Travel (HH RN). Current RN license in Oregon (RN‑OR) required. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and patient education preferred. Ability to work one weekend on‑call shift every fourth week.
