Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care during night shifts. The ideal candidate must demonstrate expertise in emergency medicine and possess necessary certifications to ensure effective treatment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency nursing care to patients in high-pressure situations.
• Utilize Cerner electronic health records system to document patient information accurately.
• Follow clinical protocols including BLS, ACLS, and PALS to ensure patient safety.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond swiftly to deteriorating conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Complete required documentation with accurate birth date, SSN, and other demographic details.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in good standing.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Demonstrate minimum experience with NIHSS and Cerner systems.
• Ability to work night shifts, with flexibility for RTO requests.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
