Project Structural Engineer – Nashville, TN

What You'll Do
- Lead structural engineering projects from design through construction.
- Manage client relationships and collaborate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, construction documents, and technical deliverables.
- Serve as Engineer of Record (EOR) when required and ensure projects meet quality and code requirements.
- Support business development through client engagement and proposal preparation.
What We're Looking For
- PE or SE license required.
- 5–10 years of structural building design experience.
- Strong seismic design experience.
- Proficiency with Revit and structural analysis software such as RAM, RISA, Enercalc, Adapt, or similar.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
