Posting Date: 06/23/2026 Location and Schedule Local DaVita SNF dialysis dens are located at Plaza in Scottsdale, Haven Sky Harbor in Phoenix, Palm Valley in Goodyear, and Resolve in Phoenix. The RN works in a 6‑chair dialysis den and is scheduled for 3 days per week with no on‑call. The RN must be flexible to support other local SNF dialysis dens if needed. Dialysis shifts run Mon‑Sat, starting typically around 5 am. What You Can Expect In this role you are responsible for the complete ongoing care of each patient to ensure their dialysis treatment stays on track. DaVita Skilled Nursing Facility Dialysis RNs troubleshoot and make sound decisions related to patients’ dialysis treatments and occasionally partner with SNF staff to coordinate care. Patient Education RNs by training are educators. As a DSD Services RN, you will conduct impactful education for patients and their families in the SNF setting. Direct Patient Care The RN’s primary responsibility is to independently demonstrate best‑practice techniques and deliver optimal dialysis care. The role includes supervising Dialysis Technicians who provide tandem care to meet program capacity and efficiency goals. Complexity DSD Dialysis care is complex but fulfilling. Meeting or exceeding clinical outcomes is a goal, and multitasking is expected to meet the needs of the service, patients, and SNF partners. Autonomy and Critical Thinking Provide comprehensive patient care in an independent setting. Plan to be on your toes at all times, using core nursing skills to assess, diagnose, and implement complete care plans while maintaining a holistic view of the patient.
