Responsibilities Perform opening and closing procedures, balancing registers and activating the security system. Process transactions quickly and accurately, reducing customer wait time. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room and stockroom. Assist with product launch changes according to company SOP. Resolve customer service issues or escalates to Store Management. Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. 0-2 years relevant retail experience; minimum 6 months. Proficient in technology use (iPad, registers). Meets defined availability criteria, including nights, weekends and non-business hours. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player.
