Client Experience Representative

In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients and Financial Representatives, providing solutions, resolving inquiries, and delivering a best-in-class service experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and Financial Representatives, resolving questions and inquiries efficiently and professionally. Take ownership of customer interactions by proactively identifying solutions and preventing repeat calls or unnecessary transfers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience. Educate clients and Financial Representatives on website functionality, online tools, and self-service resources. Demonstrate strong de-escalation skills when addressing customer concerns and service-related issues. Manage inbound calls and transactional responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Process casework and transactions accurately while balancing multiple priorities. Research complex issues utilizing available resources, systems, and tools to identify effective solutions. Collaborate with team members and business partners to improve processes and the overall client experience. Maintain compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and regulatory requirements. Adapt to changing priorities and support continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, client support, call center, financial services, or a related field. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage difficult conversations and de-escalate customer concerns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Milwaukee, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
