Key Responsibilities

• Assist forklift operators with daily tasks and workflow.
• Safely operate forklifts while complying with all safety procedures.
• Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Deliver raw materials to production equipment in a timely manner.
• Remove finished products from production lines and maintain organized inventory storage.
• Accurately complete inventory and equipment documentation.
• Support production goals by following schedules and recommending process improvements.
• Assist with shipping operations and provide backup support when needed.
• Prepare and submit production and operational reports.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general labor and handwork projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to read measurements and perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally with assistance.
• Comfortable working around moving machinery and in a loud manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to wear required PPE.
