Inventory Specialist

About the Role You’ll keep our supply chain moving by managing inventory with precision and care. You’ll track parts from arrival to shipment, catch discrepancies before they become problems, and make sure our teams have what they need when they need it. Responsibilities Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations Identify discrepancies, misplaced items, and inventory concerns Process inbound material inspections and verify received goods Fulfill order picking requests from customer service and sales teams Process inventory reports, audit reports, and investigate over/short/trash requests Help improve inventory management processes and procedures What You Bring Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting Careful attention to detail and strong organizational habits Ability to work self‑directed and follow procedures consistently Familiarity with ERP systems and general inventory management practices Adherence to safety policies and procedures Robust health, dental, and vision coverage that starts on day 1 401(k) with 4% match, vests immediately after a 90‑day waiting period Flexible PTO that grows over time 10 paid holidays, including 2 floating holidays Equal Opportunity & Accommodations We are an equal opportunity employer and make all employment decisions based on merit and qualifications.
