Installer Position
As an Installer for The Tailored Closet & PremierGarage, you will be responsible for the timely installation of a closet, garage flooring, garage cabinets, and office organization products and cabinetry for a given geographic territory. Most work is in the Erie area.

- Compensation: Base pay (weekly) and additional referral incentives
- Annual performance review and potential pay increase
- Time Off: Paid vacation and paid holidays
- Work/Life Balance (four to five-day work week): Rarely weekends or late nights! Monday through Friday: 7:00 am to about 4:30 pm. Additional overtime available at times

Responsibilities
- Install closets, flooring, garage cabinetry, and other storage solutions in client's homes
- Take precise measurements and explain the process to clients, communicating reasonable and accurate expectations
- Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations
- Communicate clearly and honestly with the customer, verbally and in writing
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Construction: Preferred but not required
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record
- General construction knowledge
- Able to lift over 50 pounds

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
