Location: Houston, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: $25–$40/hour Hybrid Pay Plan
Estimated Earnings: $62,000–$95,000+ OTE

Today's European is an established independent European automotive repair shop serving the Houston community. We're looking for an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of a professional, team-oriented shop.

What You'll Do

• Perform maintenance and repair services on European vehicles
• Diagnose drivability, electrical, and mechanical concerns
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) accurately and consistently
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Provide accurate parts lists and repair recommendations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices
• Road test vehicles when necessary, including manual transmission vehicles

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional automotive repair experience required
• 2+ years of European vehicle repair experience required
• A or B Level technician skill set
• Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
• Experience performing maintenance and repair on European vehicles
• Comfortable using Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional attitude with a strong work ethic
• Ability to drive a manual transmission
• Dealership experience is welcome but not required

Compensation

Hybrid Pay Plan

• $25–$40 per hour
• Estimated annual earnings of $62,000–$95,000+
