Now Hiring: Welders – Pueblo, CO

Pay: $22/hr + $3/hr shift differential for night shift

Shifts:

• Day Shift: 6 AM–6 PM, 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)
• Night Shift: 6 PM–6 AM, 2-2-3 schedule (2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on, 2 days off)

We’re hiring Welders to join a growing manufacturing team producing large‑scale steel components. This is a steady, hands‑on role for reliable welders who enjoy production work, consistency, and a no‑drama work environment.

What You’ll Do

• MIG weld mild steel (some stainless) components
• Prep materials: sanding, grinding, layout, and tack welding
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean work area
• Follow safety and production standards

What We’re Looking For

• MIG welding experience (Welding experience in a professional, school, or personal setting would work, they are willing to train)
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic hand tools
• Ability to pass a basic weld test
• Comfortable using grinders, tape measures, and fabrication tools
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Willing to work overnight and rotating schedules

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
