A mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the Conroe, Texas area is seeking an experienced Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing, patient-centered program serving a diverse community.
120K–$140K base salary + bonus potential
~ Up to $15K annual bonus
~ Flexible schedule with potential for 4-day workweek
~ Collaborative, team-based environment with strong physician support

Provide comprehensive Women’s Health care in an outpatient setting
~ 75% prenatal and postpartum care
~~20% well-woman exams

Support menopause and hormone replacement therapy management
Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Nurse Practitioner (FNP/WHNP) or Physician Assistant
At least 1 year of Women’s Health experience need
No new graduates at this time
Comfortable managing prenatal and postpartum patients
Passion for serving a diverse and underserved patient population
Work alongside an established Women’s Health team with OB/GYN physician support
Integrated organization with APPs, resident physicians, and family medicine providers
Strong clinical support with dedicated Medical Assistants
