Senior SoC Architect - ARM, NoC, Automotive (Walnut Creek)

Aptiv PLC in Walnut Creek, CA invites an experienced Principal SoC Architect to lead a team of engineers focused on future generations of AP/ADAS silicon. You will define SoC architecture with internal OS/SW, AI teams, and third-party IP providers, ensuring robust PPA and seamless integration.

The role requires deep ARM-based SOC experience, memory and NoC expertise, and on-site availability in the Greater Walnut Creek area. Automotive design exposure is a plus. Relocation may be considered.
