Ally In-Care is expanding our caregiving team and is looking for reliable, experienced Home Care Aides and Caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors and adults with disabilities in Orange County.

The Work You'll Be Doing
Every client has different needs. Your role will be to provide practical assistance while helping each individual remain as comfortable, independent, and engaged as possible.

Typical duties may include:

• Personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Toileting and continence assistance
• Walking, transfers, positioning, and mobility support
• Meal preparation and assistance with eating or nutrition
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and conversation
• Assistance with household chores and laundry
• Transportation for appointments, shopping, errands, and activities
• Encouraging clients to follow appropriate physician or therapy recommendations
• Observing and communicating changes in a client's condition to the office

Who We're Hoping to Meet
The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, patient, observant, and genuinely enjoys caring for people.

Applicants should have:

• 2+ years of professional caregiving experience
• Experience in home care, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or a comparable environment

• A valid California driver's license
• Reliable personal transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A professional, compassionate approach to client care

Compensation & Perks
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour, based on experience.
