Key Responsibilities: Use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently. Ensure all projects comply with local plumbing codes for accuracy and safety. Deliver top-notch honest customer service, leaving customers happy and well-informed. Work closely with your team to complete jobs smoothly with excellent communication. Requirements: A valid Plumber License with solid experience in plumbing services. A motivated, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems. Mondays: 7am: Start your week with a Monday Morning Team Meeting, complete with breakfast provided by the Birge Family. This is a great opportunity to catch up with the team, review any new information, and discuss the schedule for the week. We believe in starting the week strong, together. Tuesday through Friday: 7am: Arrive at your first call, ready to tackle the day’s challenges. Our goal is for you to wrap up and be home by 4-5pm at the latest. We value flexibility and understand that life happens. As long as you communicate any scheduling needs in advance, we can work with you. We just ask for full honesty and transparency. A Typical Day: Morning: You’ll start your day with a series of scheduled service calls. Whether it’s diagnosing a tricky plumbing issue or performing routine maintenance, you’ll bring your expertise to every job. Midday: Enjoy a well-deserved lunch break. If you’re on the road, we’ll make sure you have recommendations for the best local spots. Afternoon: Continue with your service calls, ensuring each job is done right and our customers are satisfied. Use your problem-solving skills to handle any unexpected challenges that arise. End of Day: Wrap up your final call, update any necessary paperwork or digital logs, and ensure your vehicle is ready for the next day. Saturdays: Saturdays are reserved for emergency situations for repeat customers and are very rare at this point. Sundays: We VALUE taking the day off on Sundays and do not ask our team to work. Throughout the Week: Team Collaboration: Stay in touch with your team through regular check-ins and updates. We believe in strong communication to ensure seamless operations and support.
