Front Desk Agent At Cragun's Resort On Gull Lake

Our front desk team is not just the first and last point of contact for our guests; we are the warm welcome and the heartfelt farewell. We play a crucial role in ensuring every guest feels valued and appreciated during their stay.
Shifts Available: Part-time opportunities are available. Hiring for 3PM 11PM shift and weekend availability is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet and register guests upon their arrival, making them feel at home.
- Be attentive to special requests and do our best to accommodate them.
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a smooth experience.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with care, adhering to proper cash-handling procedures.
- Maintain accurate room status and tracking, always keeping our guests' needs at heart.
- Provide insightful information about room types, rates, and resort amenities to guide our guests in making informed choices.
- Offer options and alternatives to ensure every guest's needs are met.
- Ensure the security of guest room keys with a focus on trust and safety.
- Answer guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements:
- A positive, "Guest First" attitude, fueled by a true passion for customer service.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to manage the busy pace of the front desk.
- A friendly, professional, and enthusiastic demeanor that uplifts everyone's spirits.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus but not necessary.
- Comfortable communicating on the phone, as it's an important part of connecting with our guests.
