Advanced Project Manager (W2)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale Financial Management System (FMS) upgrade projects
Coordinate project activities across design, development, testing, and deployment
Create and manage project work plans, risk management plans, communication plans, and change management plans
Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and collaborative meetings
Coordinate issue resolution and ensure project standards are followed
Maintain system documentation, functional designs, and detailed designs
Ensure application upgrades are completed on schedule and comply with ITS standards

Required Experience:

7+ years of experience directing design and development activities and managing detailed work plans
7+ years of experience creating and managing risk management plans
7+ years of experience creating and managing change management plans
7+ years of experience creating and managing communication plans
7+ years of experience coordinating issue resolution
7+ years of experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions and collaborative meetings

Preferred Qualifications:

PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Masters Degree
