Estates & Trusts Attorney

Experienced Estate & Trust Attorney Frost Law seeks a highly qualified and experienced estate and trust attorney to join our legal team. This individual will work as part of a team on estate planning and probate matters. The role will have a heavy focus on probate and trust administration. The ideal candidate will have excellent research and writing skills, and demonstrated experience working with complex, high-net-worth clients. Must demonstrate high standards of professional excellence, a commitment to outstanding client satisfaction, ability to work well with others, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years experience as an estate & trust attorney, with a solid background in estate & trust administration. Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Duties / Responsibilities Draft estate planning documents. Administer probate estates in Maryland, the District of Columbia and/or Virginia. Prepare and review fiduciary accountings. Prepare and review estate, gift and fiduciary income tax returns. Prepare and review settlement agreements. Oversee the daily workflow of administrative staff. Delegate tasks to administrative staff in an effective manner. Required Skills / Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience Must have a bar license in MD. At least seven years estate planning and probate experience required.
