Hourly Pay: $21.00 an hour

Location: 130 Calo Lane, Lake Ozark, MO 65049

(Lake Ozark is the only location for this role.)

Shifts available: Day (6AM - 4PM)| Mid (1PM-10PM)

Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required

Calo Programs is hiring Behavioral Health Associates , also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians , to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development
• Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
• Ensure a safe, structured, and emotionally supportive environment
• Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
• Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
• Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Age 21+
• Ability to pass background checks and physical
• Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)

EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
