Strategic HR Partner for Business Units (Hybrid)

AAA Washington is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to align business objectives and HR initiatives for designated business units. This role is hybrid with a three-day-per-week in-office expectation at our Bellevue headquarters. You will manage the full employee life cycle, partner with leaders, and drive HR programs to improve performance, retention, and the employee experience.
