Performs routine custodial and general maintenance of the facility. Normally works under supervision; after hours may be required to work independently.

Monday-Friday: Full time, 40 hours

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receives, stocks and distributes supplies to the department in the Fenway Facility
• Maintains cleanliness of the stores area and surrounding areas
• Assists the stores clerk and supervisor in the supply ordering process
• Fills in for the receiver during vacation and sick times, also assists receiver when volume of deliveries dictates
• Fills in for the mail clerk during vacation and sick times or as needed. Performs other duties as assigned
• Busy office environment with frequent deadlines and interruptions
• Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must have good interpersonal skills
• Performs all job functions in compliance with applicable federal, state, local and company policies and procedures
• Accesses only the minimum necessary protected health information (PHI) for the performance of job duties. Actively protects the confidentiality and privacy of all protected health information they access in all its forms (written, verbal, and electronic, etc.) taking reasonable precautions to prohibit unauthorized access. Complies with all Atrius Health and departmental privacy policies, procedures and protocols. Follows HIPAA privacy guidelines without deviation when handling protected health information

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalency certificate (e.g. GED, HiSET, TASC Test) from an accredited institution or governmental unit
• Requires lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proven ability to use all electronic tools and applications relevant to the performance of the duties of the position, including but not limited to phone, keyboard, computer and computer applications

Preferred Qualification:

• 2+ years of stores/inventory experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
