Channel Marketing Administrator

The primary role of the Channel Marketing Assistant is to be the owner and main stakeholder of the Marketing project management (Salesforce, Oracle Cloud and Business Portal) systems for both the European Channel Marketing Team and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Retail and Etail accounts in Europe. The role is predominantly internal-facing but customer contact will be required.

Responsibilities include managing the end to end process of raising MDF CONTRA and OPEX projects and claims for Customers and Channel Marketing Team, liaising with customers to ensure that the proof of execution and their invoice is correct and provided in a timely manner, liaising with T1 and T2 partners to manage and support the individual marketing project and business claims procedures, being the main point of contact for Distribution Finance Teams to upload Claims and all Credit Note queries, maintaining individual Distribution Partner Claim Upload process, main point of contact with Finance in case there are any Queries or Issues, running reporting on budget investment, claim status, budget movement, customer activities and ad hoc reporting as required, managing uploading and transfer of budget into Salesforce / Oracle Cloud as required, maintaining regional budget trackers and support with any bug fixes as required, training Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners on Business Support Center, completing special projects, reports & analysis as needed, and providing administrative support for a variety of marketing programmers.

Qualifications include 5 years business experience, knowledge of SAP and Oracle systems a plus, some technical knowledge or understanding a plus, ability to understand process flows, attention to Details and strong organizational Skills required, good understanding of Database is a plus, advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, PPT, Teams and Outlook required, ability to use effective Internet/Intranet searches, ability to use Salesforce is a plus, can be native French / Spanish or Italian speaker, clearly communicate in English (both verbal and written), speak effectively one-on-one and in group situations, requires excellent communication and organization skills, develops and maintains effective working relationships with others both face to face and via online meeting tools, attention to detail, conduct business in ethical manner, maintain strict confidentiality, works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors, exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action, capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently, understands implication of work and makes recommendations for solutions, escalate problematic disputes to Manager, follows departmental and organization policies and procedures.
