Quality Improvement Specialist

Leading quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Quality Improvement Specialist (HEDIS) II will manage HEDIS measures, train stakeholders, and monitor performance indicators while working remotely from anywhere in the United States. Key responsibilities Train providers and staff in continuous quality improvement methodologies and HEDIS processes Analyze and track performance on contractual quality indicators and prepare reports for various stakeholders Develop and implement quality performance improvement plans (PIPs) and monitor their progress to closure Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Quality, or equivalent healthcare experience 2+ years of experience in Quality, with strong knowledge of HEDIS and performance measures preferred Experience in clinical medical record abstraction and quality improvement best practices Virtual Vocations Inc
