Bilingual Branch Recruiter

We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruit er to join our team in Oklahoma City! You will perform activities in human resources from recruiting new hires to retaining existing hires.
Responsibilities:
- Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
- On-board new employees
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Provide management with requested reports and documents
- Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Perform screening with background checks and drug screens
- coach/counsel employees
- Complete I9/everify process
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Staffing, recruiting, for high volume accounts
- Prefer experience staffing in Manufacturing or Light Industrial companies
- Previous ATS experience with Bullhorn a plus!
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver License
