Construction Operations Manager

Adirondack Customs — Brant Lake, NY Construction Operations Manager Full-Time, in person We are a client service company. We communicate, we work within systems, and we deliver the service, through building custom homes and executing custom projects. Business development makes the sale; you carry the job to completion, on schedule and on budget. You report to our Integrator and sit on the leadership team, driving our growth toward our 10-year target. For a self-motivated person passionate about client-focused, quality growth. What You Will Do: Run sold jobs to the final walkthrough Lead crews on site, safely Manage insured subcontractors and change orders Keep jobs current in Sentinel, our software What You Need: 5+ years leading as an operations manager or working supervisor Read construction drawings Comfortable in software daily Valid driver's license Pass background check and drug screening What We Offer: $85,000-$110,000 base plus performance-based profit sharing Company truck, 401(k) with company match, HSA Paid sick time, vacation and 7 holidays Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM Our Core Values: Trustworthy: You show up when you say you will, tell the truth about your work, and own your mistakes.
