Responsibilities include:Building positive, supportive relationships with individuals servedAssisting with daily living activities such as cooking, personal care, hygiene, and household tasksSupporting community outings, appointments, recreation, and personal goalsEncouraging independence, confidence, and skill developmentAdministering medications and completing documentation accuratelyMaintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming home environmentAdvocating for the choices, dignity, and well-being of the people you supportEvery day is different, and every day makes a difference. QualificationsMust be at least 18 years oldHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a national background checkAbility to become an approved company driverAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility supportExperience in caregiving, healthcare, behavioral health, childcare, or human services is helpful but not required.
