Enterprise Account Executive | $260K-$300K OTE - $130K-$150K Base + Hybrid + Equity | High Growth AI Outage Intelligence SaaS Startup

This is a hybrid role in King of Prussia, PA, three days a week.

We are looking for a proven enterprise SaaS hunter who can build pipeline, create opportunities, navigate complex sales cycles, and close large, net new enterprise accounts.

This role is for a high-energy, full-cycle SaaS seller with a challenger mentality, startup experience, and a track record of consistently exceeding quota through self-generated pipeline and outbound prospecting. You must be currently selling SaaS, have experience closing deals with $130K+ ACVs , and have spent a significant portion of your career in startup or high-growth environments.

Job Description

The Enterprise Account Director is responsible for driving new enterprise revenue through proactive outbound hunting  and confidently leading complex SaaS sales cycles from initial engagement through close. You will sell into Fortune 500 organizations, engage directly with senior enterprise leaders, including heads of network operations, and own high-value opportunities with $130K+ ACVs .

Responsibilities

• Generate and close net new enterprise SaaS business, with a focus on large strategic opportunities and $130K+ ACVs .
• Build the majority of your pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, strategic account development, and relationship building.
• Own complex, full-cycle enterprise sales from initial outreach and discovery through technical evaluation, negotiation, and close.
• Lead enterprise sales conversations with a Challenger mentality, confidently identifying business problems, challenging assumptions, and driving clear next steps.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across operations, infrastructure, technology, procurement, and executive leadership.
• Own renewals and expansion opportunities across new and existing strategic accounts.
• Partner closely with leadership and Solutions Engineering to develop account strategy, navigate technical sales cycles, and win complex opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, CRM hygiene, account planning, and sales activity reporting.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on outbound hunting, net new logo acquisition, and enterprise pipeline development.
• Currently selling SaaS in a quota-carrying enterprise sales role.
• Proven experience selling $130K+ ACV enterprise deals and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. (LAST 2 YEARS)
• Proven track record of closing 2 to 4+ net new enterprise accounts within the last 24 months .
• Demonstrated ability to generate approximately $750K to $1M+ in annual ARR through new business.
• Significant career experience within early-stage startups and high-growth SaaS companies .
• Strong Challenger sales mentality with the ability to challenge assumptions, handle objections, create urgency, engage executive decision makers, and independently drive opportunities toward close.
• Highly competitive and comfortable operating as a true enterprise hunter who self-generates pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting.
• Expert in at least 1 sales methodology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility quickly with senior enterprise executives and strategic accounts.
