Merchandise Operations Associate

Summary The Merchandise Operations Associate supports merchandise flow, presentation, and inventory processes in a retail store. The role also helps maintain the selling floor and responds to customer needs. Responsibilities Receive, process, and deliver merchandise to departments, replenishing product as needed. Maintain the selling floor, fitting rooms, merchandise displays, and back-of-house areas. Process merchandise transfers, customer sends, returns to vendors, markdowns, and signage. Respond to customer questions and assist on the sales floor when needed. Follow asset protection procedures and complete tasks assigned by store leadership. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with warehouse duties in a retail, customer service, or sales environment. Strong time management skills and ability to manage shifting priorities. Knowledge of the fashion industry and ability to use inventory systems and store equipment.
