As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alison Boscovich - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. *Currently Seeking Licensed Applicants Only* Role Description:
Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
- Property/Casualty or Life/Health license.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
