Industrial Electrician

Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems in a semiconductor manufacturing facility. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, batteries, distribution panels, and medium/high-voltage equipment while ensuring compliance with NFPA 70/70E and LOTO safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform PM, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, batteries, AFD/VFD systems, and distribution equipment.
• Execute safe switching procedures and feeder operations on LV/MV systems.
• Interpret electrical one-line diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Respond to equipment failures and restore system uptime.
• Maintain maintenance records, testing, calibration, and work orders.
• Follow NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, and LOTO safety procedures.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial/commercial electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience with medium-voltage and high-voltage electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostics skills.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work orders.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and one-line diagrams.
• Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments (semiconductor preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician License.
• Medium Voltage Certification.
• NFPA 70E (Arc Flash) Certification.
• Associate Degree or related technical certifications.
• Semiconductor facility experience.
