Analyze operating results and provide clear, actionable insights to improve performance. Drive forecasting, budgeting, and business planning for the mill. Ensure IFRS compliance and maintain a strong internal control environment. Partner with operations to validate material usage, production costs, and inventory accuracy. Lead and develop a local accounting team. Support capital projects and financial modeling. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5–8 years of cost/general accounting experience in manufacturing (metals preferred). Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and BI reporting experience. SAP experience strongly preferred. Ability to communicate financial insights clearly and influence decision‑making.
