Assembler 2nd Shift

AssemblerQPS Employment Group has a great Assembler position available at a company in Monroe, WI. This is a 2nd shift position with the opportunity for hire. This position offers an excellent opportunity for hands-on work in a collaborative environment, with potential for growth within the automotive industry.Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material to accurately assemble components.Gather, position, and fasten metal parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.Operate pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools safely and effectively.Report any product or equipment issues to the department lead promptly.Assist in the assembly of metal products either at a workbench or on the shop floor.Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout all tasks.Assembler Requirements:Ability to read and execute instructions from blueprints and assembly documentation.Proficiency with tape measures and basic math skills.Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance.Capable of safely using hand, pneumatic, and power tools and machinery.Strong adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE.About us: QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
