Responsibilities Shift Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service and Cleanliness. Plan for each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, and maintain safety, security, and profitability. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift. Help departments meet their goals and, when applicable, meet shift targets. Qualifications Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. We’re seeking positive team players with a flexible schedule who enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a passion to excel. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
