The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, excellent classroom management skills, and a genuine love for working with young children. This role is responsible for creating a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment that supports each child\u2019s growth in social-emotional, cognitive, and physical domains.

Follow State, Federal and CDS guidelines including immunizations, employment physical and required health and safety training.

Ensure children\u2019s safety while performing the following job functions:

\u00b5 Frequently lift, move or hold children with a range of weight from 10 - 40+ pounds.

\n

\u00b5 Supervise and interact with children outdoors for extended periods of varied weather conditions.

\n

\u00b5 Demonstrate full range of motion to lift, reach, squat, climb, sit, crawl and otherwise fully participate in physical activities.

\u00b5 Be able to respond immediately and appropriately to multiple or unexpected situations or emergencies.
