About The Role As the Finance BP at ByteDance and a member of the Global Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving the company's continued success across the global markets. This position is based in our San Jose office. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to key global monetization businesses, providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. You'll be an integral part of the finance team, collaborating closely with other finance business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization.

Minimum Qualification(s) - More than 4 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner (FBP), FP&A, or in a related financial role. - Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - Excellent data processing, financial modeling, and analytical skills, with deep familiarity with end-to-end financial processes and comprehensive P&L (Profit & Loss) management. - Strong business acumen and proactive engagement skills, featuring outstanding cross-functional and cross-border communication, rapid learning agility, and a highly proactive mindset. - Proven track record of successfully developing and executing financial strategies. - High levels of written and oral fluency in Mandarin are required for this role. This is essential as the collaboration with China-based stakeholders is necessary to ensure local financial strategy aligns seamlessly with Group objectives, manage core financial systems, and safeguard capital allocation through cross-border contract review.

Job Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $108000 - $220400 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
