Industrial CNC Systems Diagnostics Specialist
Location: Bend, OR (Onsite) | Employment: Full-Time | Pay: $25.00 – $28.00/hour

What You’ll Tackle- Provide remote support by phone, email, and remote-access tools for mechanical, electrical, software, and motion-control challenges.
- Lead customers through step-by-step isolation and testing using a digital multimeter, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Diagnose faults tied to motors, drives, relays, sensors, power supplies, gearboxes, gantry assemblies, and torch alignment.
- Assist with machine startups, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and basic CAD/CAM or controller software troubleshooting.
- Record resolutions in the CRM and arrange replacement parts and warranty claims.
- Solid mechanical/electrical troubleshooting background; confident with hand tools and a digital multimeter.
- Familiarity with control circuits, switches, relays, motors, fuses, and wiring; comfort reading (or learning) electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
- Ability to communicate complex technical steps clearly to users with diverse mechanical skill levels.
- Preferred experience pathways: industrial maintenance; automotive/diesel/heavy equipment repair; mechatronics; welding/fabrication equipment; or military electrical/mechanical.
- Training: Begin in-house to master platforms and procedures.
- Growth: Transition into field service travel (50–75%) for installations and repairs once fully trained.

- CRM systems for documentation and parts/warranty coordination
Important Clarification: This is an industrial machinery technical support position— not IT, network administration, or desktop support.
