Responsibilities Provide evidence-based occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to pediatric clients (with potential expansion to adult populations) Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and caregivers Deliver in-clinic services in a warm, child-friendly environment Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team including speech-language pathologists Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Uphold HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality of all client records Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) in the state of Georgia Passed or eligible to sit for the NBCOT certification exam New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply Pediatric experience or coursework preferred, but passion for working with children is essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills with families and caregivers Self-motivated and able to work independently in a growing practice environment Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care Ready to Make Your Mark?
