Bum Rogers is seeking a Fine Dining General Manager to oversee one of our three unique restaurant locations in Seaside Park, NJ. As a staple in the community for over five decades, Bum Rogers offers a one-of-a-kind dining experience that caters to both locals and visitors alike. Join us in upholding our tradition of excellence and creating memorable experiences for our guests!
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Monitor and control labor costs to maximize profitability
- Oversee front of house staff and ensure exceptional guest relations
- Manage food cost and inventory to optimize profitability
Required Skills:
- Experience in restaurant management
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute banquet and catering operations
- Knowledge of menu planning and creative marketing strategies
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience as a sommelier
- Knowledge of ToastTable reservation system
- Menu development expertise
- Previous experience in fine dining
- Minimum Salary: $75,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $85,000.00

Bum Rogers, spanning five decades, has been a unique, specialty house restaurant and the communal, spirit-lifting watering hole of the indigenous and migrating young and young-at-heart. We now have three locations, all within a two block radius; Bum Rogers Crabhouse, Berkeley Cut Steakhouse, and Island Beach Fish Company.
