Sierra Machinery, Inc., manufacturer of the worlds fastest skiving and roller burnishing machine, has immediate openings for the following:
Machinist/CNC Operator:
- Set up and operate CNC machines (lathes and mills)
- Set up and operate surface grinder
- Program CNC machines
- Adjust feed and speed accordingly
- Deburr parts
- Change tooling
- Inspect parts according to blueprint
- Other machining duties as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers and gauges
- Excellent attention to details
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
