Shop Coordinator
DS Home Services – Hyde Park, NY
DS Home Services is a growing multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services, and we’re committed to building a strong team that supports both our customers and our technicians.
We’re looking for an organized, dependable, and hands-on Shop & Fleet Coordinator to help keep our shop, materials, and vehicles running efficiently.
This role is critical to the daily success of our field teams.
Pay
$19–$25 per hour , based on experience and organizational ability.
What You’ll Do
- Organize and maintain shop materials and equipment
- Stage materials and equipment for upcoming installs
- Receive and check in deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory levels
- Coordinate fleet maintenance using our vehicle software (Azuga)
- Schedule vehicle service and inspections
- Keep the shop clean, safe, and efficient
- Run parts to job sites when needed
- Assist with general shop and operations tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and basic software
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to lift and move equipment and materials
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Experience with inventory, warehouse, or fleet coordination is a plus, but not required.
