Key Responsibilities

• Field Operations: Perform and oversee a variety of residential and commercial landscaping services, including mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
• Equipment Management: Safely and efficiently operate and maintain standard landscaping machinery, power tools, and vehicles. Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned, serviced, and secured.
• Team Communication & Safety: Communicate clearly and professionally with site managers, crew members, and clients to ensure maximum job-site efficiency, safety, and work quality.
• Worksite Organization: Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments across all job sites and vehicles.
• Policy Compliance: Strictly adhere to and enforce all company policies, safety protocols, and operational standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Driver's License: Must possess a valid Virginia Driver's License and provide a current copy of your clean driving record.
• Work Ethic & Detail: Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a high standard for quality.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques, adapt to evolving tasks, and lead by example.
• Physical & Environmental Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, rain, cold) and perform physically demanding work.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Experience: Previous landscaping and team lead/foreman experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with relevant background and a desire to step into leadership will be considered.
