Job Details Title: PMO Analyst Client: Banking Location: Hybrid at Chandler AZ 85224 Duration: 12+ months of contract (based upon performance, could be possibility of extension or hire) Pay Range: $90/Hr. - $95/Hr. Required Qualifications Jira & Data Management Maintain Jira as the single source of truth (backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and status). Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with delivery standards. Configure workflows, dashboards, and reporting views. Reporting & Executive Insight Produce weekly and monthly executive reporting packs. Build dashboards that provide real-time visibility into portfolio health, risks, and progress. Translate delivery data into clear, decision‑oriented insights. Delivery Coordination & Momentum Track milestones, actions, and deliverables across initiatives. Drive follow‑ups to ensure blockers are resolved and progress is maintained. Support dependency management across teams and programs. Ensure timely updates and accountability across the portfolio. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management Maintain RAID logs and ensure risks/issues are actively managed. Escalate emerging risks early and track mitigation plans. Provide visibility into cross‑program dependencies. Governance & Continuous Improvement Support PMO governance routines, including status reviews and reporting cycles. Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting, and tooling. Embed consistent ways of working across the portfolio. Desired Qualification Execution Discipline & Attention to Detail - The ability to maintain high data accuracy, enforce consistent updates, and ensure no slippage across actions, milestones, and reporting, creating reliability and trust in the PMO as the single source of truth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
