What You'll Do Provide technical support and troubleshooting for mobile devices, applications, and related services. Communicate IT changes, coordinate device updates and upgrades, and support end users throughout the process. Partner with vendors to manage mobile services and help deliver effective solutions. Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and operational reports while supporting change and release activities. Manage mobile device lifecycle activities, including line audits, device decommissioning, shipping, and ensuring compliance with mobile usage policies. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of experience in IT operations, end-user support, or enterprise IT environments. 1+ years of experience in customer service, supporting end users. What Sets You Apart Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Experience with iOS platforms. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and related applications. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts. Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from senior management to individual contributors. Excellent Customer Service skills. Excellent Excel skills, creating and using reports in Excel. Familiar with operating Apple devices.
