As a Sales Specialist at Belmont Village Senior Living you will be a trusted resource for our prospective residents throughout the consultative sales process. The Sales Specialist travels to various Belmont Village communities for extended on-site Sales support working collaboratively with the local Community Relations Sales team to help achieve and maintain occupancy goals in the community. Supported by our experienced Regional and Corporate teams, the Sales Specialist helps cultivate a culture of collaboration and excellence. Works collaboratively with Community Relations Sales teams to achieve and maintain occupancy at or above the budgeted census level. Assists with onboarding and training of new Community Relations Sales Professionals. Understands and demonstrates a strategic approach to sales and marketing with proven success in occupancy growth and advancing sales relationships towards move-in. Assists with opening of newly constructed Belmont Village communities. Maintains an accurate and thorough proprietary lead database with daily strategic use. Plans, organizes, and participates in marketing events to promote Belmont Village Senior Living. Works collaboratively with the community management team and corporate support teams. Knowledgeable in all features, advantages, and benefits of the Belmont Village community, and effectively tours and presents the same to customers. Understands and has the ability to articulate the Belmont Village services, programs, and pricing policies to customers.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of prior leasing or sales experience with at least 1 year of sales experience in senior living, assisted living, hospitality or related field. Demonstrated ability to establish long-term relationships and work collaboratively in a team oriented environment. Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English. MS Office experience and ability to use database CRM software. Ability to travel extensively including extended overnight stays. Ability to work flexible schedule in a 24 hour operation including weekends. Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for all Belmont Village employees to ensure the successful operation of the community. Must successfully complete State and FBI background check, TB test, drug test and health screening for this position.
