Job Details:

The Director of Facility Operations is responsible for the oversight of existing facilities and infrastructure including preventative maintenance, capital renewal, and capital improvement projects.

This position is accountable for the development of strategic and operational goals specific to the department. This position provides overall life-cycle project management with responsibility to provide expertise, coordination, direction, and oversight on multiple projects simultaneously.

Ensures compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC), NFPA/NEC, OSHA, Life Safety Code, and other regulatory agency requirements, as well as following Health System policies.

This position has no direct patient care.

Qualifications:

Required Educational Degree: Bachelor's degree, Certified Healthcare Facility Manager

Required Working knowledge of OHSA requirements, CMS/TJC requirements, State of Ohio fire code, and EPA regulations required.

Required Certifications, Credentials and Licenses: De-escalation training within 6 months.

Required Experience: 5years Management experience in a Facility Operations
