• Licenses/Certifications: Unrestricted CRNA license in any State, Board Certified or Eligible by the American Board of Anesthesia, ACLS, BLS, DEA required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of surgical anesthesia experience

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $265.00 (all-inclusive, 1099)
• On-Call Pay: Weekday evenings $50/hr, weekends $50/hr, Call back rate $350/hr

What You'll Do:

• Provide onsite anesthesiology services for various surgical procedures including general, orthopedic, ENT, urologic, plastic, vascular, gynecology, endoscopy, dental, and ophthalmologic surgeries
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring safety and adherence to standards
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop anesthesia plans tailored to patient needs
• Ensure timely patient assessments and documentation in compliance with VA regulations
• Be available for on-call services during evenings, weekends, and holidays, providing phone consultations and on-site support as needed
• Maintain high standards of care aligned with ASA guidelines and VA policies

What You Need:

• Valid unrestricted CRNA license in any U.S. State
• Board Certified or Board Eligible with the American Board of Anesthesia
• Minimum 1 year of anesthesia experience in a clinical setting
• Current ACLS, BLS, DEA authorization
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently

This position involves providing anesthesia services at a leading facility in Lebanon, PA, supporting a variety of surgical procedures with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality care. The CRNA will work closely with the VA healthcare team to deliver compliant and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
