General Manager

Lead a High-Energy Restaurant Team

Our client is hiring an experienced, motivated General Manager to lead our restaurant operations. We’re seeking someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Schedule

• Five-day work week
• Must be flexible to work mornings, nights, mid-shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require
• Restaurant hours require availability between approximately 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• Coach, develop, and manage a team of managers and employees
• Supervise four salaried managers
• Maintain high standards for food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Build a positive, upbeat workplace culture
• Ensure smooth operations during high-volume service
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Support operations at both restaurant locations when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant (Food & Beverage preferred)
• High-volume restaurant management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic computer software
• Culinary or kitchen management experience is a plus
• Common sense, accountability, and professionalism are essential
