The nurse-to-patient ratios are 2:1 for the ICU and 3:1 for the Intermediate Care Unit (IMC). Staffing includes a resource RN and clinical technicians. Shifts are 7 PM to 7 AM. Weekend work is required every other weekend. Floating to the IMC/PCU unit is expected. There are no on-call responsibilities. Holiday expectations include one major holiday and one minor holiday.
